Training with a partner effectively improves the players skills level and decision making when players of the same skill set compete and work out against each other. This traditional format, combined with a non-traditional workout plan, can enhance and improve their overall basketball IQ.

When you train with a partner it will provide both athletes an equal learning opportunity and an equal amount of reps which is required for both participants to improve their skills and decision making. In other words, you will have someone there to suffer with you.
